To celebrate the return of their giraffes, we’ve partnered with Edinburgh Zoo to bring you an immersive hotel room experience. Our exclusive suites pay homage to these majestic creatures with subtle yet stylish touches.
Your habitat
Your uniquely designed suite features all the comfort you expect from Hotel Indigo®, sleeping up to 2 adults and 2 children (under 11 only). With chic wallpaper, luxurious beds, and elegant giraffe decor, you’ll think you’ve stepped into Africa. Young adventurers will delight in their very own teepee bed, enjoying an indoor glamping experience. Then, after a long day exploring, unwind with your spa-inspired rainfall shower.

There’s a bus which runs from outside our Edinburgh hotel to the zoo, so transport is super easy.
The Royal Zoological Society of Scotland
Established in 1909, this conservational society has been promoting awareness and conservation of endangered animals for over 100 years. We’re donating a portion of our proceeds to the charity, who also run the zoo!

Meet the giraffes
No stay in our giraffe suite is complete without paying a visit to our friends at Edinburgh Zoo. You can also view things from our tall friends’ perspective on their very own viewing platform.
Gilbert, one of the giraffes in the new herd, is the great-grandchild of a pair from the original herd! The other giraffes are named Gerald, Fennessy, Arrow and Ronnie.
